BeFrienders are volunteer lay ministers who provide pastoral care to people in difficult and transitional situations, such as illness, loneliness, or loss of a loved one. They embody the caring presence of God and of the community, serve as a living reminder of God’s love, and offer compassionate, empathetic care. If you have a heart for others and would like to be a caring presence for a hurting person, this ministry is for you.
If you would like to know more, or if you would like to be visited by a BeFriender, contact our Parish Nurse, at 701.235.7389.
